The Story Behind Basetion ❤️
I started using Notion like many others — to take notes, manage tasks, and capture ideas. But the more I used it, the more I wished for something bigger. I wanted Notion to become the single place where I could track everything: revenue, customers, marketing data, and even my personal projects.
But then I hit a wall. My data was scattered everywhere: Google Sheets for reports, Stripe for payments, HubSpot for customers, Analytics for traffic. I tried copying everything into Notion manually, but within days it was outdated, inconsistent, and unreliable. Notion’s native API was too limited to turn it into the true data hub I envisioned.
That frustration became the spark for Basetion.
Suddenly, Notion is no longer a static workspace, but a living control center. I can track daily revenue, manage customers, analyze marketing performance, and even run products — all from inside Notion.
Basetion started with a personal need: the desire to track and manage all my data in one place. But it quickly grew into something bigger. Because I realized there are thousands of others like me — founders, marketers, developers, and creators — all wanting to make Notion the true backbone of their work.
Basetion – Connect. Sync. Expose. All in Notion.
Not just a tool, but a way to unlock Notion’s full potential — where data isn’t just stored, but connected, synced, and activated to create real value.
